Meditation, Stress Management, Consciousness

Are you stressed out regularly?

Does life seem overwhelming?

Do you wish you had more hours in a day?

It is important to find balance in all areas of your life in order to live a healthy and stress-free life.  You need a Stress Management toolbox that includes many options that fit every situation and your age group.

Meditation, mindfulness, self-hypnosis, breathing techniques, Heart Math, the Emotional Freedom Technique and many other practices can easily be integrated into your lifestyle. I teach my clients how to integrate these tools into their daily self-care routines.

Balance and self-care are essential components in stress reduction along with a consistent practice of empowering self-talk. Stress Management is a skill, easily taught.

Do you meditate daily?

Are you stressed during your day?

Do you take time for your inner life process?

Do you journal?

The benefits of meditation are well documented scientifically. Meditation is always beneficial, and I encourage my clients to add this tool to their daily self-care. In order to benefit from meditation, it is important to practice daily and to learn how to meditate.

When I began meditating many years ago, I knew very little about its benefits. However, within a week of starting to practice Transcendental Meditation, I found I had more energy, could swim double the number of laps I could previously swim, and my day seemed easier and more harmonious. I have continued to mediate twice daily since 1974 but have integrated other meditation and consciousness tools into my work and practice. This arena is one that sparks my passions, and I love exploring their expanding awareness with my clients. Learn to meditate. The benefits speak for themselves.

Life Transitions

No man ever steps in the same river twice, for it's not the same river and he's not the same man.

Do you feel fulfilled with your job, relationship, family life?

Do you struggle day-to-day to feel aliveness and joy?

Are you going through a life transition? Are you going through a career change, loss of a loved one, the birth of a child?

We all go through periods of change and realignment in our life. Each transition carries with it its own challenges and stressors and navigating these changes can be disorienting and confusing. I help my clients navigate these life transitions by guiding them toward clarity and by supporting the through difficult times. In addition, at all times finding your truth is important and sometimes it takes courage to be true to yourself and the depth of your being.

Thus, all life transitions are challenging as is finding your true path. Wanting to be on their “right” path is a goal many of my clients talk about. It is a worthy goal, but often hard to pinpoint or find. With careful questioning and honest assessment of your strengths, weaknesses, and values, you can find your ideal path without a lot of struggle or angst. I often ask clients: “Do you love what you do, and do what you love?

If you answer “no” as many of my clients do, I can help you change your course to one that brings you joy and fulfillment. This work focuses on what you love to do and creating ways to fill more of your life with these pursuits.

What is in your way?

You may be using automatic negative thinking. Catching yourself and changing your self-talk is critical in redefining your future. You may be reacting to people and things in your life rather than being the creator/chooser. How you communicate with yourself and others is key in any relationship. By working with your own language, and the way it affects you, you gain mastery and effortlessly change your patterns of behavior. Part of the work I would do with you would focus on how you communicate with yourself.

How I work

In order to identify your ideal path, I teach you to listen carefully to your inner self and encourage you to dig deep within to question your limiting beliefs and what gets in your way. I use numerous tools that to help you get in touch with your patterns of decision-making and strategies life. I ask deepening questions that help you find balance in life that adjust your priorities. My approach is always time effective and practical. Schedule an appointment and get started on your path to fulfilling your dreams and being your best self now.

Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become.
Everything else is secondary.”
